Khir Tempehead: Trying to be relevant in absentia

First off I would like to congratulate Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim and the PR government in the annual budget session and debate and Puterabatu would like to wish the Selangor Dato' Menteri Besar and his men (and women of course!) good luck and may Allah SWT guide you all.
I am confident that everyone in Selangor (except for Mickey Tempe and the rest of his casting crew! - hereinafter referred to as the "Tempes" vocalised as "temp - pays") It is fine if the state coffers run dry due to appeasing the Rakyat and allowing the Rakyat of Selangor to feel some form of extravagance that they damn well deserve; instead of using it for travel, tours, golf shindigs and other forms of entertainment for these Tempes.

Tan Sri Dato' Menteri Besar - so far the Rakyat and a substantial part of the Tempes in this state is very impressed of your stewardship of the State. Although both the Federal Government and all other Tempe states have found the global economic problems as a convenient blacksheep to blame for not appeasing the Rakyat, Selangor (along with Penang) has introduced the free water policy and have consistently applied the same although the global economic effects are also felt here in swinging Selangor.
The CEO-like administration has brought a sense of discipline to the State - previously reknowned for extravagant expenses and white elephants brought by the BN tempeheads before Pakatan rule.
We ask for more benefits like the water allowance, which has a direct impact to the people of Selangor. Examples may be like the abolition of tolls under state rule, exemption of trading licenses and fees for hawkers and pasar malam traders as well as introducing an escalating percentage discount of assessment and quit rent rates for families of 5 members or more.
Personally I also would like YAB Tan Sri Dato' Menteri Besar to ransack JAIS and change the Tauliah questionairre to be more open and not restrictive in the name of Islamic Da'wah. I also call for the appointment of Saari Sungib for the post of Islamic Affairs portfolio and Hassan Ali for a new scope called the Summer Camp Exco where his years of experience would indeed assist in the promulgation of programmes reminiscent of the National Service Camps but without the fatalities.
We are confident of your skills and your people-centric policies and please continue with the good work. Today (15 Nov 2009) is the PKR Selangor Convention and may constructive criticism be conveyed minus the vile words uttered by UMNO members during the infamous cow-head issue.
For your entertainment, I have finished the latest poster for the original tempehead in hell. You can print and use it as a backdrop for the convention. I give you my permission.
